The submission of your order will form an offer to purchase the goods and our email accepting your order will constitute the formation of a legally binding contract between us

Prices are subject to vat at the prevailing rate. Currently 20%.

Title in the goods remains with OFW until cleared payment in full has been received.

Delivery on seating is FREE. This applies to UK Mainland only. On occasion the order may consist of more than one delivery. Delivery will be carried out Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. (Excluding Public Holidays).

Point of delivery. All goods will be delivered to the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. If further transfer is required this must be requested at the time of ordering and an additional charge will be made. A signed delivery note constitutes delivery of goods. You should check that the number of boxes delivered corresponds with the delivery note before you sign.

Guarantee. All products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee. OFW will repair or replace faulty goods at their discretion. Goods subjected to fair wear and tear are not covered. eg fabrics. Goods covered are subject to single shift working only. Goods that have been tampered with or subjected to inappropriate use are not covered. OFW does not accept any liability for any consequential loss, damage, cost or expense incurred that may arise from the use of goods supplied.

Returns/damages. Sometimes furniture may receive minor damage during delivery or may contain a manufacturing defect. OFW will replace or repair any defective items at no cost to the buyer. Any damages or defects must be reported to OFW by email or by fax within 24 hours of delivery. On assembly should a part appear to be missing from an item you should advise OFW by email or by fax within 24 hours with a description of the part you believe to be missing.

Dry Wipe and Notice Boards. All damages should be reported within 24 hours of delivery otherwise claims cannot be entertained. A description of any damage to product or packaging should be made on the consignment note before signing. If possible pictures of the damage should be emailed to OFW to assist with the claims process.
